Apideck's IP addresses for allowlisting
Some providers, and some of your customers' IT teams, only accept requests from approved IP addresses. Apideck sends its requests from a fixed set of IP addresses that you can add to an allowlist.
The IP addresses
Region | IP addresses |
|---|---|
EU Central 1 |
|
These addresses are shared by all Apideck customers. The current list is always on the Static IP section of the Proxy API docs. Check there if you're setting up an allowlist for the first time.
What uses these addresses
Requests to providers made through the Unified API, the Proxy API and Vault, for example when a connection is checked after it's saved.
Webhook deliveries from Apideck to your own endpoint, including retries. Allow these addresses on your webhook endpoint if it only accepts known IPs.
When you need them
Self-hosted or private systems. For example, Jira Data Center or an on-premises ERP behind a firewall. Your customer's IT team needs to allow incoming connections from these addresses. See Jira Data Center: the connection doesn't become ready after saving.
Providers that require a fixed IP. Some APIs only accept calls from registered IP addresses.
Your own webhook endpoint, if it sits behind an IP allowlist.
