Is my connector supported? Connector statuses and early access

Edited

Check the connector list

All connectors, with the Unified APIs they support, are listed in the connector catalog. Open a connector to see its supported resources, fields and setup guides.

What the statuses mean

Each connector has a status. Only some of them can be used through the Unified API:

Status

What it means

Live

Fully released and tested. Ready for production.

Beta

Newer, and can be used in production. Some resources or fields may still be added.

Auth-only

Connections can be made in Vault and used with the Proxy API, but it isn't on a Unified API yet. See What does Auth-only mean?

Early access

Available on request, through our early-access programme.

In development

Being built, not available yet.

Considering

Requested by customers, but not on the roadmap yet.

More detail is in the connector statuses guide.

How to get early access

Early-access connectors show an Early access label in the Apideck dashboard. Click Contact sales on the connector (or contact Apideck support) and tell us which connector you need and for which Unified API. Early access isn't self-serve: we'll get back to you about availability.

Your connector isn't listed

Contact Apideck support through the Customer Portal (the Requests link at the top of this help center), your Slack channel with us, or support@apideck.com. Tell us:

  • the connector (and a link to its API documentation, if you have one),

  • which Unified API and resources you need (for example invoices and payments in Accounting),

  • how many of your customers use it and your timeline.

If a connector isn't available yet, you can often still reach it through an auth-only connection and the Proxy API. Committed builds of new connectors are possible, are priced separately and are subject to approval.
